My wife and I would like to express our complete satisfaction with the purchase of a Ford Fiesta from Gordie Boucher Ford in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Three of the dealers that responded to our request for a price. Of those three, we initially selected Boucher because it is closest to our home. We are very glad we did. Although Boucher did not have on its lot the precise vehicle and equipment we sought, Boucher's people worked very hard to find the right package. We were delighted to be able to pick it up from the dealership yesterday, the 8th. We want to single out for special appreciation (1) the Internet Sales Manager, Steve Zradicka, who kept updated throughout the process and made the closing (on a miserable day after a snowstorm) truly a pleasure; and (2) Sales Manager Scott Verhagen, who worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle.
